Cruella De Ville and Baby Dalmatian Costume

My daughter Zhy is wearing a handmade dalmatian costume made by me her mommy. I came up with this idea from Pinterest I wanted to be different and unique from people we know. My costume was bought off eBay I designed my wig myself. Zhys tutu was handmade with time and black and white felt cut into circles . I also got a plain white baby onsie and cut more tule into circles for her prints . head band I also used Pink, white nd black felt cut into dog ears. I made the tail with a stocking stuffed with cotton balls and black felt cut into circles . her collar was gold ribbon with red ribbon glued on top . safety pin to keep around her neck . my wig was store bought black and spray painted white on one side with washable hairspray.
