This homemade costume for kids entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Yugo, the 'Creepy Moving Ghosts' costume creator:
I made this costume for my 7 year old son. It only took 30 minutes to make yet was a smash hit in a halloween parade at his school.
Hot to make: Roll news papers to a size of a child's head and cover with a plastic bag. Tape a stick to the news paper ball, cover with a cloth, and put a mask on.
