This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amanda, the 'Crazy Eyes' costume creator:
I decided to take a different take on the character crazy eyes from Orange is the new black. I took a more literal approach and used craft googly eyes to complete my look. Using face glue I applied googly eyes in order to cover my entire face, then I filled in the gaps with white face paint and applied some red lipstick. To finish off my costume I made a white cloak with a hood to ensure optimal creepiness!!
