Cotton Candy Costume

I asked Quinn what she wanted to be for Halloween, and she said Cotton Candy. I said, no, not what do you want to eat. What do you want to be! She answered, I want to BE cotton candy, a big cotton candy! So I accepted the challenge!
I used a large t shirt and a pink stocking cap as my bases. I spray painted poly fill and used spray adhesive to attach it to both the hat and t-shirt. Then I used more spray adhesive and wrapped fake spider webbing to around both pieces to give a real cotton candy look and lightly sprayed with pink spray paint. Finally hot glued a paper cone to the hat for an accent. Underneath she wore a pink sweatshirt and pink and white striped sweater tights (we live in a Cole environment so it was perfect!)
