This homemade costume for babies entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Abigail, the 'Cotton Candy' costume creator:
My two year old daughter, Jessie, is wearing her homemade cotton candy costume. This diy costume was super easy to create. All you need is pillow stuffing, spray paint, spray adhesive, a pink t-shirt, a beanie, and white poster board to make the cone! Jessie is sweet just like cotton candy!
