This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Emily, the 'Cotton Candy' costume creator:
I dressed as cotton candy. Used an old dress and spray adhesive to glue fabric stuffing to the dress. Take the dress with the glued stuffing outside to spray paint the dress (whatever color you want you cotton candy to be), but I used pink. Then get poster board and shape it into a cone. Strap the cone poster board to a headband. Once your costume dries, you are now cotton candy!
