This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ginger, the 'Victorian Vampire' costume creator:
I made this costume to wear to a monster themed 5K. It needed to be short enough to run in while being sufficiently scary. :D I ripped apart a plain black dress, embellished it, made a detachable skirt, and glued a bunch of tulle and black roses to the hat.
