This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Angela, the 'Ursula' costume creator:
My friends and I decided to go with Disney Villians this year. The Princess route was far too easy. I did all the makeup and made my Ursula costume because the store bought one was just sad. I sewed the tentacles by attaching perple and black fabric together like pillows. I then stuff each one with Polyfill and added wire for control of the shape of the tentacles.
