This homemade costume for women entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.
I made my costume this year by sewing buttons on to my white dress then I used styrofoam balls (cut in half) and painted them and hot glued them onto the dress. I'm Katy Perry in the california girls video, she is the dots candy!
