Jelly Belly Jelly Beans Costume

I am wearing the costume, I am a bag of jelly belly jelly beans. I had seen this idea online many years ago and finally decided to put it together this year! First I printed the jelly belly logo and nutritional facts for the jelly beans on photo paper. Then I cut and pasted the images onto foam poster board. I used clear tape to attach them to the front and back of a clear garbage bag. I removed the orange garbage bag tie and replace it with a pretty red ribbon. I cut arm and leg holes and reinforced them with clear tape. I filled the bag with water balloon size balloons and small sections of twisting balloons. I also added spots with markers to some balloons.
