This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shannon, the 'Victorian Bean' costume creator:
The dress was originally on a porcelain doll that my friend didn't want. So together we completely altered the dress to fit Bean. The sleeves had to be cut and shortened, and velcro was added (hence why his arms stick out). I made the hat out of lace and left over bits that were cut off of the dress. Bean loves attention and getting dressed up.
