This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sarah, the 'Express Train' costume creator:
Our 6 year old puggle Giacomo became paralyzed with IVDD this April. Every year we walk in the pet parade. Since this year he couldn't walk and had to use his wheelchair we decided to decorate his wheelchair into a train. Our 15 year old yorkie Squirt is getting slow on his feet these days so we decided to add him into the costume and make him part of the train. We wanted to show everyone that disabilities don't have to hold you back and you can have just as much fun as everyone else!!
