This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessie-rae, the 'Cat in the Hat' costume creator:
My cat, Figaro, remembles the Cat in the Hat from Dr. Seuss. He has a black coat with a white chest and white paws. I know how to crochet so I made my cat a hat and bow tie that looked like the Cat in the book.
