DIY Minion Costume

My 6 year old is wearing the costume, but it was made for my 10 year old so it's a little big on him lol I started with a punch balloon and covered it in paper mache. Glued it to white poster board. I used a foam pool noodle around the bottom to help keep the shape and make it a little sturdier. I cut an eye hole and holes for the arms. I covered it all in yellow fleece fabric. A hand sewed the sleeves on. I used a jean dress for the bibs, it gave me a good bit of material to work with and no additional sewing. All the details are done with foam and felt. Hope you like it!!
