This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Chloe, the 'The Good Witch' costume creator:
My daughter, Chloe' Raine, 6 years old is wearing the Good Witch costume. Every year we have created costumes based on beauty and kindness, ie princess, bride. Chloe came to me this year with idea of a Good Witch, stating that Halloween doesn't have to be scary. She was very careful & attentive that I not use dark colors forger make up. I thought this was the perfect idea to keep the laughter & happiness in this holiday while still being traditional. She should windier to her huge heart & beauty
