This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lesley, the 'Rainstorm Princess' costume creator:
My daughter and I looked on Pinterest for different costume ideas and saw this and loved it! We got a Bride of Frankenstein dress and we made it into the dress part of this costume. I attached strings of crystal to the bodice of the dress and from her hat. I took an old straw beach hat and attached cardboard all around the brim to make it stronger and strung the beads onto the hat. I bought tule to make the cloud on top. I painted lightning bolts on to the Dress and put glitter on top. Happy Halloween everyone!
