Pretty Little Peacock Costume

my daughter, colby is wearing the costume. She is 4. I saw an idea on Etsy for this costume but it was too much money. I also wasn't exactly loving the look completely and wanted to do my own spin on it. I made a tulle dress. I bought a small little top hat and added tons of embellishments on it. I've been ordered 100 peacock feathers and proceeded to make the tail out of the peacock feathers and other Feathers from the fabric store
