This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Farrah, the 'Hocus Pocus Winifred' costume creator:
My daughter dressed up as hocus pocus as Winifred. I bought costume but added my own stuff. Took weeks to complete. Even made her book into a bag. My daughter loves the movie she is 4 and we have it on dvd and watch it all the time. This was her choice and she looks amazing.
