This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Barb, the 'Cupcake' costume creator:
My granddaughter. This was the hardest costume I have made. .Base made out of card board over it is wallpaper with polkadot material over it folded accordion like. The top is material stuffed with fluff. and sprinkles are material glued on the top was sewen on to the bottom by hand.
