Cindy Lou Who Costume

My daughter was Cindy Lou Who for Halloween. The original cartoon/book version, not the movie version. "Little Cindy Lou Who, who was no more than two". A lot of people tell me she looks like Cindy Lou Who, so that's where the idea sparked from. The fleece nightgown was sewn together. A blonde wig was purchased and cut to the correct style. I added black antenna's and red ribbons. She also had a Cindy Lou Who candy bag and a giant ornament to carry.
