This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sarena, the 'A Tutu Cute Witch' costume creator:
I made her tutu with halloween colors for about $10 and added a few strips of pattern ribbon. Bought a black long sleeve for $3.99 at a store called Factory 2 U. Bought a witch hat $3 from Goodwill thrift store and wrapped different colors of tutu tulle around it to match her tutu. Bought a broom stick $3 at Walmart and added tutu tulle on bottom of it. So it all matched. There's my daughter! A Tutu cute witch for Halloween.
