Tin-tin and Carmen Sandiego Costume

My husband and I dressed up on opposite sides of the law, one a detective and the other a criminal. Our inspiration came from our childhood, my husband read tin-tin comics and we both watched "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?" All of our costume pieces came from thrift store trolling and we made alterations if needed (example: I added the yellow ribbon to my hat). We had a lot of fun trying to get just the right shade of pants for tin-tin and my husband probably spent the most time on his hair getting it "cartoony" enough. Thanks for considering us!
