This homemade costume for couples entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Emily, the 'Blue and Steve' costume creator:
My boyfriend Dillon and I dressed as Blue and Steve from Blue's Clues for Halloween. It was one of my favorite childhood shows, and as I went through old pictures and saw myself holding a Blue stuffed animal, I thought it would make a good couple's costume. I used a blue bodycon dress and pinned on blue foam circles for the Blue costume. I made the ears from foam board. The Steve costume was made of a green striped golf shirt with khakis and a black belt.
