This homemade costume for couples entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kelly, the '1920s Couple' costume creator:
My husband and I dressed up for a 1920s Murder Mystery Dinner. My husbands entire costume was put together from his closet and he shaved his beard into a mustache. He really looked the part of a 1920s gangster. I had the dress and coat in my closet. Put on some dark red lipstick, purchased the long cigarette holder from the party store and a few pearls. We put these costumes together easily with things from our closet. I guess we are a little gangster.
