Wyatt's Sanitation Costume

My son (Wyatt) is 3 years old and is obsessed with recycling and trash pick up. He told me he wanted to be a trash truck for Halloween. So I searched for trash trucks on Pinterest and found some ideas but had no instructions to make. We made this from a piece of OSB for the frame of the costume. Made it to fit his wagon. I went to my local library and used their Ellison machine to make letters for the truck. My husband had a light for on top of the truck and hooked up to a 6 volt battery. We bought lights from the dollar general for the headlights. We added reflectors and a piece of steel that my husband had for the grill on the trash truck. We already had a steering wheel so we attached that and we can detach when we are finished. This costume cost to make about $25 but we had a lot of the items and depending on how detailed you would like to get.
