This homemade costume for boys entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Richard, the 'Steampunk Civilian' costume creator:
My costume is an self made design based of the "steampunk" theme, which combines science fiction ideas and fantasy with 19th century steam-powers machinery. All parts were ether already owned or found at good wills (excluding the jacket.) I made the leg/ knee piece from a knee brace from good will and both the gun and holster and "utility" belt where good will purchased then repainted my myself
