This homemade costume for boys entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
I love making costumes for my sons Halloween! This year it was all about SpongeBob. I used a cardboard box for the shape and used cotton batting to make the outside soft. All the face and the spots are made of colored felt and shiney plastic for the eyes. I cut a small rectangle opening to look out of that is carefully hidden. It was a hit with trick-or-treaters :)
