The Mad Hatter Costume

My son jagger really loved the movie alice in wonderland with johnny depp. We purchased an old snowman hat, covered it with black lace, put some crochet needles in it, and glud some scrap material around it. We found and old blazer and pinned some old scarves in the pockets. I cut off a pair of womens pin stripe fit and flare pants and hemmed them. Bought a pair of striped socks. Put some spools of thread on a piece of twine ane wrapped around him so it comes off and on. The wig was an old mullet blond wig that i chopped the sides off of then teased, sprayed with red and orange hair paint. Bought a set of clown make up at the dollar store, got a little crafty, all for under 25.00!
