This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jeannie, the 'Toddler Hobo' costume creator:
Hobo man as my toddler.. Idea came from my sister whose older kids were homeless men from the year before.. I used a diaper cardboard box and permanent marker for the sign, the string to hold the cardboard around neck was from one of those Olive Garden takeout bags that I just cut off and taped on, and black eyeliner for the beard.
