This homemade costume for babies entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.
My friend and I came up with the idea for my daughter to be a peacock, we started out with a tutu dress, added some boas, then for her wings, we glued various colored feathers together and added some peacock feather, and then added some elastic to them to make them fit over her arms. We bought a sequin head band at Hobby Lobby and added a peacock feather and a few other feathers to that and she was a BEAUTIFUL peacock (a little cold though, LOL)
