This homemade costume for adults entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kelly, the 'Oompa Loompa' costume creator:
Bought a pair of white scrub pants and rolled them up. White Crocs with home made yarn pom-poms attached.
Green wig from Walmart.
Brown turtleneck from thrift shop and used white fabric paint for the stripes.
Suspenders covered w/ white duck tape and worn backwards.
I used white tape for eyebrows.
