I am Karen... I paper mache the head & hat... Painted with craft paint .... Bought clothing & shoes at local thrift store... $12.00 a bag day....made walking stick from woo doweling, glass door knob...sewed money bag & painted dollar sign...The best part of making costume is hunting for all the pieces... This is earliest I ever had my costume made
