Harvey Dent Two-Face Costume

My friend Andy is wearing it.. It was his idea he came to me about 6 months ago and wanted me to do it, so I find plenty of research. What I did was.. I bought a bald cap at the makeup store where i live and plenty of supplies I needed. To create my look all I really did was use cotton ball, latex and a qtip and I spreaded the cotton ball around with latex and the qtip.. Kinda made a muscle look on one side of his face. I did that until I got the look I wanted to achieve, then by the mouth I cut out how big I wanted to show the teeth and with that I used fake nails and placed them accordingly. I then with a paint brush made the side of the face a maroon red and added black in some places to make it look more like a hole in his head. Then added a little bit of blood! That is really all I did!
