This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Steph, the 'Stella Bubble Witch' costume creator:
Worn by myself for costume contest at work and into the dark Halloween night. My enjoyment of the online game motivated a form of true fan art expression and homage.
Everything but the black skirt and boots were modified or made from scratch. Blue dress was heavily altered on a sewing machine. Belt, choker and headband were revised ribbon or fabric to try to match the character coloring.
Wand was made from clay and baked to hold unique shape and colored using brown shoe polish. The tights were custom printed by online art house using a template.
Cost was around $175 - Labor of love!
