This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Alma, the 'Princess Anna' costume creator:
My four year old daughter, Bella, is wearing this costume. She loves all things princess and I felt Elsa would be overdone this year, as well as "every day Anna" so we went this route! She LOVED it! She still wears the dress almost every day lol. We found the beautiful dress in a store. Then added some simple touches like a tiara and a choker necklace made from some of my ribbon stockpile, add a few freckles, and she was good to go!
