This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Yolanda, the 'Medusa' costume creator:
I used an old prom dress, cut the slit and glued plastic snakes on it. I did braided on half my head and tied snakes in my hair. I added shear fabric to make a more dramatic look. Cost was about $25 for the fabric and snakes.
