This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sarahabijo, the 'Weeping Angel' costume creator:
My daughter Sarah.... Weeping Angel from the popular show Dr. Who... the dress was sprayed paint... we cut the panty hose and made a gloves and spray paint it gray.... the hair is made of yarn and the wing was made of styro posted board...
