My son mason 18mos old loves the movie Charlie and the chocolate factory so we decided to make him umpa lumpa...everything is homemade ..pants collar legwarmers pomp pomp on shoes..with darkbrown bottleneck..green hair spray . I spent around 60 dollars for everything you see.
