This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kelly, the 'Peacock' costume creator:
This is my daughter Marion. She loves peacocks and we tackled this costume for her. I found a shiny blue robe for her body (thrift store find), and for the tail, I used posterboard with some real peacock feathers, sticker gems, and a feathery crown. The posterboard I ended up tying around her waist, and this worked well.
