For Jack, Sally, and Barrels head I used very round ballooons that they sell at Party City. For Lock and Shock I just used cardboard boxes that I worked by bending back and forth until it was pliable and then used masking tape to hold in place so I could paper mache over to make sturdy. Zero the dog was the most complicated and involved paper maching a regular shaped balloon and then I also papermached a long skinny balloon like the kind they make ballooon animals from. I cut a slit in the large paper mached section to make the lower jaw and then attched the cardboard ear and snout with masking tape. Then paper mached everything to make sturdy. The red nose is actually a fishing lure with a battery operated light the lights up.

Hi! I do have the heads for sure. I still have to check about the suit and Sally's dress. How old are your kids? Mine were 9 when they wore these. What city do you live in? I could ship them to you? Does $30 per head seem fair and then if I can find the rest $50 each? Thanks!

Yea 50 each is fair if you find the sally n jack clothes or 30 just the heads are fine their for me n my friend ha were pretty small im sure theyll fit (:

Only the head and possibly the feet. The rest is just a black sweatsuite that I painted bones on with glow in the dark paint.

Zero was actually the trickiest. For the head I paper mached a balloon and a skinny balloon (the kind you make balloon animals with. I then taped them together using masking tape. I cut a hole for the mouth and was aable to bend it into shape and added cardboard ears. Then I reinforced the hole thing with more papermache. The nose is a fishing lure with a light in it so it actually glows. The paper mache is covered with felt and the mouth is covered in netting so you can see through...

Amazing! May I ask how you attached the felt to the paper mache? My 5-year-old wants to be Zero. No costumes available anywhere. I'm getting ready to undergo surgery and would love to be able to figure this out before then. If you would be willing to make another one, I would be happy to buy it too.

Hi Jen! Unfortunately these are the only pictures I have. But I made zeros head by paper macheing a regular balloon (the kind out of a party park that are rounder on top but kind of oblong) and the snout is a balloon that you would make balloon animals with. Once they are both dry, I cut the mouth for main head part at the end where the balloon tie would be (the smaller side). I think I was able to kind of bend it to make the bottom of the mouth go down, but I may have used a little piece of cardboard to augment it. I attached the snout piece and the paper mache's it all again to connect it and give it more support. I hope this makes sense! Good Luck!

i have been struggling so hard making ZERO for my 2 yard old toddler. If there is any way you could re make this or still have ZERO laying around somewhere i would love to purchase it because i am so creatively challenged :(

OTHERWISE do you think you could give me pointers on how to make this for a 2 year old given that seems huge for him/
