Mr. and Ms. Pacman Costume

My boyfriend and I are wearing the costumes. I found the idea via Pinterest. The website I found provided instructions. We bought 2 foam boards from Home Depot and traced garbage can lids on them and used scissors to cut them out. We traced and cut the large mouths out too. We then bought yellow, black, and red felt from a fabric store and measured them to fit around the foam boards. We sewed the yellow felt around for the body, as well as the black mouths. It is important to get thick thread. We glued the eyes and tongue on with rubber cement. We bought thick straps from the fabric store and sewed those on as well; it helps if your partner measures out how long the straps should be. We used the extra yellow felt to cover the backs and sewed those on as well.
