This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Celene, the 'Loofah & Ivory Soap' costume creator:
The loofah is made from tool and pinned onto a dress, and the soap was a dress. I then cut out the ivory lettering and glued it onto the dress. The bubbles are ornaments.
