This homemade costume for boys entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ginger, the 'Lego Ninjago Green Ninja' costume creator:
My little guy, Drew, loves Lego Ninjago. I made this costume using 2 green long sleeve shirts, black/silver/white fabric, and fabric paint. One shirt was used to make the tunic (cut down the middle to make lapels, black "belt" sewn on, and fabric paint designs), and the other shirt was cut to form the hood and pant legs. Shoulder plates are made from black fabric, cotton batting, and flexible black plastic. A "sword holder" is sewn on the back of the tunic (black fabric circle with slots for swords). Fierce!
