This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Samantha, the 'Flamingo' costume creator:
I decided to play up my broken foot. Since I had to have my foot up all night I thought, aha! A flamingo. My husband thought of adding all the leaves to the knee scooter. I made the skirt out of boas, madee the arm bands (wings) out of elastic and decorated the mask. We actually cut off the nose from another mask, used a lot of hot glue and painted the tip.
