This homemade costume for pets entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shannon, the 'Devil vs. Angel' costume creator:
This is my rescue chihuahua odie. I have had odie for 2 years. He is very particular about what type of outfit he will wear so I have to make them. He will not put on anything with leg holes. This outfit shows both sides of him, however he leans a little more towards being a devil. It is made with fleece and fabric paint and recycled beany baby heads.
