This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
I am the broad in the costume. It is a collaboration, and ode to the Gothic fairy stales of British novelist Angela Carter. I picked out the vintage corset and Victorian boots, my friends did my ghostly make-up! Here I have posted three photos, one of a close-up of the face, and two of the full costume posed with a true-blue vintage carousel horse.
