This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Riley, the 'Batgirl' costume creator:
This is my daughter Brenna, who insisted on being Batgirl this year. I wanted to make it "girly" and different. I placed well over 1000 rhinestones individually with glue and my little fingers, and followed that up by having a sequins cape, pants, and shoes.
