This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Janine, the 'Bag of Weed' costume creator:
I am wearing my costume. I like making costumes that cause people laugh or smile when they see it, I thought a giant walking "bag of marijuana" would do the trick. I would like to keep the "HOW TO" instructions private. My goal is to express my creativity and make my costumes one of a kind, in hopes that the right person will take notice and I could turn a hobby into a life long career.
