This homemade costume for couples entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Charlie, the 'Charlie Brown and Lucy' costume creator:
My wife and I made paper mache heads and cut styrofoam balls in half for a nose and ears Lucy's hair is made out of foam insulation spray painted and we used punching balloons to create the shape for the head
