This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cynthia, the 'The Little Mermaid' costume creator:
Desiree' is wearing an Ariel costume. She and her grandma took one of her old dance costumes and created the mermaid fin. She also had a purple halter top to wear. She also made a starfish into a hair clip to wear. She loves Ariel from the Little Mermaid and dyed her hair so that she can start dressing and looking the Ariel when she goes to Disneyland.
